Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female Students of grades 4-6 Being overweight or obese according to WHO classification of BMI Living with mother Appropriate physical and mental health based on the schools' health record documents

Exclusion criteria: Refusal of signing informed consent form by students or their parents Non- cooperative mother

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The level of students' physical activity. Timepoint: Measuring the level of physical activity at the beginning (before intervention) and after 6 weeks (end of intervention). Method of measurement: International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Flexibility. Timepoint: Measuring the level of flexibility at the beginning (before intervention) and after 6 weeks (end of intervention). Method of measurement: Sit and reach test.;Cardiorespiratory endurance. Timepoint: Measuring the level of Cardiorespiratory endurance at the beginning (before intervention) and after 6 weeks (end of intervention). Method of measurement: 1-mile Run test.;Muscle strength. Timepoint: Measuring the level of muscle strength at the beginning (before intervention) and after 6 weeks (end of intervention). Method of measurement: Push up test.;Muscle endurance.
