Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: The patients between 18 -65 years; patients with extremity fractures. Exclusion criteria:history of renal, liver and heart (ischemia and arrhythmia) disease; history of allergy to lidocaine and morphine; illiterate patients; inability to speak and patients without informed consent.

Acute pain control. Timepoint: 5,10,15,30 after drug injection. Method of measurement: visual analog scale.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Nausea. Timepoint: 5-10-15-30 minutes after the injection of lidocaine and morphine. Method of measurement: visuall.;Vomiting.
