Acute pain control in skletal fracture. Injuries involving multiple body regions

Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention : lidocaine - 1.5 mg/kg -intravenous injection- on arrival time. Intervention 2: Intervention : Morphine- 1.0 mg/kg -intravenous injection- on arrival time.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: The patients between 18 -65 years; patients with extremity fractures. Exclusion criteria:history of renal, liver and heart (ischemia and arrhythmia) disease; history of allergy to lidocaine and morphine; illiterate patients; inability to speak and patients without informed consent.
