Intervention 1: Intervention group : Intravenous ketorolac (30 cc) once before completion of the surgery and again re-injected 8 and 16 hours after surgery. Intervention 2: ??Control group : Intra

Placebo
Intervention group : Intravenous ketorolac (30 cc) once before completion of the surgery and again re-injected 8 and 16 hours after surgery
??Control group : Intraperitoneal injection of 40 ml of normal saline with (plus) 2 ml of intravenous injection of normal saline
Intervention group : intraperitoneal injection of Marcaine (0.25%) in 40 ml normal saline.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria : Patients aged 20-60 years old ? elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery. The Exclusion criteria: Addicted patient ?gastrointestinal diseases? susceptible diseases, sensitivity to anesthetic or analgesics drugs
