Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: women under 38 years old; history of infertility for at least a year with one-sided endometrioma; AMH> 2; normal hysterosalpingogram. Exclusion criteria: other causes of infertility such as: (a severe male factor, tubal factor; Mullerian anomalies or other anatomical abnormalities), patients undergoing oocyte donation, embryo donation and surrogacy.
