Intervention 1: Heparin group: receiving the drug as follows: on the day of surgery, 300-400 unit during the surgery and a repeat of half dose one hour and a half later, on the next 3 days, 250-1000 u

Heparin group: receiving the drug as follows: on the day of surgery, 300-400 unit during the surgery and a repeat of half dose one hour and a half later, on the next 3 days, 250-1000 unit/hour and on
Clopidpgrel group: receiving the drug as 75 mg/kg for 5 days

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: All the patients undergoing CABG in Ali ebne Abi Taleb Hospital in 2016-2017 Exclusion criteria: necessity of valve replacement; having AF rhythm; receiving warfarin for another reason
