Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion: Patients with extensor tendon rupture in zones 3 and 4 of the hand during the first 72 hours after the surgery; age between 18-60. Exclussion: Lack of other orthopedic disorders such as fractures, rupture of flexor tendonsand... .;
