Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: all patients are included due to severe trauma, cardiopulmonary arrest or other reasons is severely ill and require intubation. Exclusion criteria: patients who have anatomical problems of the mouth, larynx, airway and neck area.
