Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with 6_12 years old Diagnosis of ADHD and ODD based on DSM5 by the expert psychiatrist Without effective medication taking on mental status at list 2 weeks before the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Intelectual disability based on clinical suspicious Presence of uncontroled seizure Drug side effect and hypersensivity Recieving of any other drugs History of psychological disease except for ADHD and ODD Presence of medical disease such as cardiac disease

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Clinical profile of illness reported by parents. Timepoint: Baseline, 2 ,4, 8,12 weeks after intervention. Method of measurement: Canners and ADHD rating scales.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Symptom severity reported by parents. Timepoint: Baseline, 2,4,8,12 weeks after intervention. Method of measurement: The Clinical Global Impresions (CGI) scale used to rate the symptoms change over timeand efficacy of medication , taking ,into account the patients clinical condition by clinicians.
