First intervention group in addition to routine drug, will receive 2 mg Rapamune every 24 hours for 6 months.
Second intervention group, in addition to routine drug will receive 1 mg Cograft every 12 hours for 6 months

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Patients with chronic renal failure who is the first referred for kidney transplant; Age 18-55 years; Lack of comorbidities such as active hepatitis C and B , HIV, Cancer, heart disease Exclusion criteria: vascular complications arising from graft surgery; Substitution treatment regimen for any reason in the middle to other immune suppressive therapy regimes
