Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: infants hospitalized in Amir Kabir and Taleghani Hospital in Arak and has indicated treatment with an aminoglycoside antibiotic; Exclusion criteria: congenital kidney disease and urinary tract area such as Bartter, RTA or any renal tubular dysfunction, recent history of receiving nephrotoxic drugs (especially gentamicin and amikacin), congenital diseases and underlying Available Note, acid-base disturbance in ABG; edema and volume underlying disorder, disorder of the initial urine test markers before treatment
