Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria's are: patients with recent history like smoking, diabetes, mellitus, immune deficiency, vascular diseases, coagulation disorders, consuming corticosteroids, abnormal Pap smear and suspicious to cancer and menopausal women.
