Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for sound level metering: The sound metering will be done if 80% of beds are occupied. The ward should be acoustic or at least, there are Double glazed windows. Exclusion criteria for sound level metering: meeting time. Inclusion criteria for personnel:The employed physician, nurse, practical nurse, practical nurse assistant, secretary and worker in the intensive care unit. Exclusion criteria for personnel: No cooperation
