Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: In the intervention group, a 12-minute audio file containing guided imagery will be played to the patient through headphones, which the patients will be asked to
listening to the birds' sounds

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 60 years of age and older, Diagnosis of asthma by a doctor, Ability to make eye and verbal communication and ability to answer study questions Having a smartphone by the elderly person or the important person lives with him(her)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No known mental illness (schizophrenia, bipolar ...), No consumption of medication affecting the patient's mental state ( antidepressants and anti-psychotics), No drug addiction, No consumption of hypnotics (Zolpidem, Alprazolam, etc.) and alcohol, No systemic cortico-steroids consumption, No hearing impairment using Whisper Test, No use of other methods of relaxation (such as yoga, progressive muscle relaxation) during the study, No cognitive impairment based on an equal or more than score 7 on the Abbreviated Mental Test(AMT)
