When study group achieve full oral feeding-through oro - gastric tube in case stability have been discharged for outpatient follow-up after educating parents about the care and feeding of neonates
control group remained hospitalized under the current practice and were feed by oro gastric tube by mothers with the participation of nurses were responsible for infant care

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: physiological stability; gavage feeding due to oral feeding failure Exclusion criteria: congenital heart, spinal cord and intestine malformations ;oxygen dependent chronic lung disease ;inability of parents to care for baby
