Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: all nursing staff(regardless of experience and age) working in Intensive Care Units of hospitals affiliated to Shiraz University Of Medical Sciences ; The desire to participate in the study ;The signing of informed consent by staff Exclusion criteria: refusing participation in pretest or post test ; refusing participation in education sessions ; no previous education in patient handling programs

MeasureTime frame
The correct implementation of patient handling. Timepoint: Before intervention and 6 week after intervention. Method of measurement: Researcher-made questionnaire and checklist.
