Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with diagnosed bipolar depression based on DSM-5 MADRS score equal to or more than 7

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of Botox injections in the past year. Contraindication to receiving botulinum type A.
