Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Female employees working in the educational hospitals of Hamadan University of Medical Sciences (Be’sat, Ekbatan, Farshchian Heart, Sina, Fatemiyeh, and Shahid Beheshti). Age between 40 and 69 years. Willingness to participate in the study and provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Clinical or basic science faculty members and therapeutic specialists. Participants unwilling to continue or withdrawing consent.

| Increase in the rate of breast cancer screening behavior (mammography) among female employees of Hamadan University of Medical Sciences in the intervention group compared to the control group. Timepoint: Three months after the intervention, assessed via telephone follow-up. Method of measurement: A researcher-developed checklist will be used to assess whether participants have undergone mammography. The checklist will be completed during a telephone follow-up by asking participants if they have performed breast cancer screening (mammography) since the intervention (Yes/No response).;Change in perceived susceptibility to breast cancer among female employees in the intervention group compared to the control group. Timepoint: Pre-intervention (baseline) and three months post-intervention, assessed via questionnaire. Method of measurement: The Champion’s Health Belief Model Scale (translated and adapted by Dr. Esna Ashari et al.) will be used to measure perceived susceptibility through 5 Likert-scale questions (ranging from 1 = Strongly Disagree to 5 = Strongly Agree). The mean score will be calculated and compared between groups.;Change in perceived severity of breast cancer among female employees in the intervention group compared to the control group. Timepoint: Pre-intervention (baseline) and three months post-intervention, assessed via questionnaire. Method of measurement: The Champion’s Health Belief Model Scale will be used to measure perceived severity through 7 Likert-scale questions.
