Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with symptomatic cholelithiasis and acute and chronic cholesistitis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnancy morbid obesity common bile duct stones Obstructive jaundices cirrhosis uncorrectable coagulopathy previous surgery in the upper abdomen
