Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ages between 18 and 60 years Patients who need laparoscopic surgery due to a gynecological indication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of abdominal surgery Extensive pelvic surgeries Body mass index(BMI) of more than 40 Existence of diseases of the stomach and intestines Drug allergy to dexamethasone
