Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Premature infants with gestational age less than 34 weeks and who were admitted in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Major congenital anomaly Congenital heart disease, Infants with asphyxia and tachycardia Sepsis

Extubation failure. Timepoint: Before intervention and end of intervention. Method of measurement: Clinical observations.;Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) failure. Timepoint: during treatment. Method of measurement: clinical observations and levels of blood gases in ABG.
