Inclusion criteria: Women with the severe genital prolapse (stage 3 and above)

Evaluation of pelvic floor. Timepoint: On entering the study and 6 months after treatment. Method of measurement: Based on Pelvic Floor Disability Index(PFDI-20) questionnaire.;?sexual function. Timepoint: On entering the study and 6 months after treatment. Method of measurement: Based on the female sexual function index questionnaire( FSFI).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The need for surgery six months after treatment. Timepoint: Six months after treatment. Method of measurement: Clinical examination and questioning of the patient's symptoms.
