18 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: iranian nationality; Having written consent to participate in research; between 64-18 years old; the patient is conscious; having a minimum level of literacy; able to speak and communicate; no history of heart surgery; no history of pulmonary diseases; no history of mental illness or stressful severe in the past 6 months Exclusion criteria: patients requiring cardiopulmonary resuscitation; ventricular tachycardia or ventricular fibrillation after surgery; lack of desire to continue cooperation in the project; cardiogenic pulmonary edema (According to the doctor); Severe pleural effusion (according to the doctor); pulmonary embolism

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Anxiety. Timepoint: Before and after the education. Method of measurement: Spielberg form.;Respiratory condition. Timepoint: after surgery. Method of measurement: Respiratory volume measurement by spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis respiratory rate view.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Mean Arterial Pressure. Timepoint: Intercourse before and after surgery 24 hours after removal of the breathing tube. Method of measurement: Manometer.;Duration of connecting to the Ventilator. Timepoint: After surgery, from the begging of connecting the ventilator in intensive care unite after separation from the ventilator. Method of measurement: Clock.;Pain. Timepoint: After surgery (before using spirometry). Method of measurement: Visual Analog Scale.;Pulse Pressure. Timepoint: Before and after surgery 24 hours after Extubation. Method of measurement: Manometer.
