Inclusion criteria: Arterial blood oxygen saturation less than 90% Signing a written consent to participate in the study Age over 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pulmonary insufficiency Acute or chronic renal failure Pregnancy or breastfeeding Acute heart failure
