Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Iranian women; having a minimum degree of literacy, having a preterm birth (less than 37 weeks) or low birth weight (less than 2500 Gran) or both for at least a month that infants are hospitalized in the intensive care unit; positive at least one of the questioner disorders of anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress; Lack of mental illness according to the herself saied; Lack of Antidepressants or anxiety; willingness to participate in the study; lack of adverse events such as death of their first-degree relatives in the past six months; no history of having a baby with certain diseases; is a low-risk neonates (with no major abnormalities). exclusion criteria:Not wanting to take part in the study.Failure to participate in two sessions
