Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: aged 18 to 65 years American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status classification I and II lumbar laminectomy with general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Body mass index more than 35 kg/m2 Allergy to the drugs studied Seizure disease Severe systemic disease Coagulation Disorders mental Disorders A history of drug addiction
