Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria include ages between 20 and 40 years, normal thyroid test result, normal prolactin test result, normal sperm analysis, request for sex determination and desire to enter the study. Exclusion criteria include medical illnesses such as abnormal thyroid function, increased prolactin levels and other endocrine gland diseases, tubal and uterine disorders such as myoma and existence of polyps and abnormal sperm analysis. Candidates for In vitro fertilization (IVF) or Intra-cytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) are excluded from this study.
