Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: 1 PEG G-CSF ampulla 6 miligram is injected subcutaneously 24 hours after chemotherapy. Intervention 2: For control group: 24 hours after chemotherapy 1 gcsf ampulla
Treatment - Drugs
Intervention group: 1 PEG G-CSF ampulla 6 miligram is injected subcutaneously 24 hours after chemotherapy
For control group: 24 hours after chemotherapy 1 gcsf ampulla 300 microgram is injected subcutaneously daily for 5 days.

15 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: age older than 15 years and younger than 70; no history of prior cancer and chemotherapy; now has breat cancer only. Exclusion criteria: age below 15 and older than 70; other blood malignancies or history of cancer; history of prior chemotherapy.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
White blood cells level. Timepoint: before intervention, first week, second week and third week after chemotherapy. Method of measurement: Laboratory testing.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Bone pain. Timepoint: From the time of ampulla injection till three weeks after. Method of measurement: History taking, pain scale questionaire.
