Intervention 1: Intervention group: Participants will attend in group counselling (90 minutes) for 3 sessions in groups of six people weekly, according the Orem’s model. Counselling content includes:

Inclusion criteria: Being Iranian Being literated Being married Being primiparous Having single pregnancy Having low risk pregnancy Having term newborn Absence of physical and mental illness Absence of postpartum Depression Absence of postpartum complications Being interested to contribute in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neonatal illness Neonatal Hospitalisation
