Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primigravid women Registering a pregnancy record and receiving the first prenatal care Being Iranian and fluent in Persian Ability to use mobile phones and messaging apps being married Age over 18 years Singleton pregnancy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No addiction or history of drug, psychotropic, or alcohol use No history of infertility or pregnancy with ART (Assisted reproductive technology) Absence of conditions including diseases during pregnancy and gynecological emergencies Absence of known medical or mental illnesses as stated by the individual
