Intervention 1: Intervention group: probiotic tablets (2 tablets per day) orally. Intervention 2: Control group: receive no intervention.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients from East Azerbaijan Having at least three implantation failures Do not have any type of immunotherapy in their medical history. Having regular menstrual cycles

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients under 18 years old and over 41 years old Patients with coagulation problems. Patients with intrauterine anomalies. Having chromosomal abnormalities

MeasureTime frame
The frequency of Th1 and Th2 cells. Timepoint: Before and after interference. Method of measurement: By using flow cytometry.;Investigating the expression level of transcription factors T-bet and GATA3. Timepoint: Before and after interference. Method of measurement: By using Quantitative Real time PCR.;Examining the expression level of cytokines IL-4, IL-10, IFN?, TNFa. Timepoint: Before and after interference. Method of measurement: By using Quantitative Real time PCR.;Investigating the secretion of cytokines IL-4, IL-10, IFN?, TNFa. Timepoint: Before and after interference. Method of measurement: using sandwich ELISA method.

MeasureTime frame
Pregnancy rate. Timepoint: After positive beta-hCG test, clinical pregnancy was evaluated at 5-6 week. Method of measurement: Examining the formation of gestational sac using Sonography method.
