Inclusion criteria: inclusion criterias: presenting paper consent in order to participate the study exclusion criterias: 1:having psychological issues. 2:Alcohol and cigarettes consumption 3:having a history of dry dry socket 4:pregnant women or consuming Oral contraceptive pill 5:stop participating in the study
