Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Definitive diagnosis of cancer by an oncologist Not having pain and tiredness and declaring your readiness to cooperate Not having severe vision and hearing problems Age in the specified range (ages 10-65) Non-medical / non-medical degree in medical or paramedical medicine Having reading and writing skills

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Dissatisfaction with participation in the research project Failure to follow self-care activities Having pain and fatigue courses during the training period
