Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals (men and women) who are the official, contractor or staff of the health center of the city of Dasht_e Azadegan Have at least one year of work experience Not receiving any psychological and psychiatric interventions and no nervous and mental medications Age range between 18 and 60 years Lack of corporate history in the training class of emotional intelligence components and having a willingness to participate in the study Having at least a middle school education Access to the Internet or willingness to belong to social networks allowed in the education intervention group through social networks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of adequate participation and co - operation in emotional intelligence training programs (absenteeism in over 3 sessions) Not receiving outgoing files (text, SMS, audio)via social networks (more than 3) Lack of inclination to continue studying at any time from the study Pregnant women who give birth during research
