Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Non opacity kidney stones All patient with staghorn, calyceal or pelvic stone who are candidate for percutaneus nephrolithotomy (PCNL)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Under 12 years of age uncorrected coagulation disorder active urinary tract infection
