Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria : 1-chronic Diabetic Patients with chronic wounds or gangren 2- or Ankle Brachial index 1.3 mg/dl ) 2- Progressive Diabet 3- Severe Occlusions 4- Pregnancy 5- age under 18 years
