Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Full satisfaction of students to participate in study; nursing students who in five semester have obtained the operating room training unit ; Students are studying in the college of Nursing and Midwifery Bushehr. Exclusion criteria: student internship is spent operating room.
