Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- Having a bachelor's degree or higher in nursing 2- Working in the Intensive Care Unit 3- Having at least 6 months of work experience 4- Work in rotating shifts

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1- Being absent in one training session 2- Use of Psychiatric drugs 3- Having mental disorders according to the person herself/himself 4- Loss of a close family member in the last 6 months 5- Fixed shift work 6- Individual's request to withdraw from the study
