18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: full consciousness; age between 18 to 60 years; hospitalization period for at least a day before surgery; no diagnosed mental disorder and under treatment by anti anxiety drugs. Exclusion criteria: Under treatment by ß2 antagonist drug like Salbutamol or anti asthma drugs such as Theophylline; Chronic Diabetic; Hepatic and Renal Failure; patients that undergoing major surgery for two or more time.

Anxiety. Timepoint: The night before surgery in Ward (before Drug or Placebo use) and the morning of surgery in Operation Room. Method of measurement: STAI Anxiety questionnaire.
