Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria:(at least have Associate's degree in Nursing ; at least 6 months of experience in the icu ; They have the willingness to participate in research ; Their training courses or seminars related to eye care in mechanically ventilated patients are not passed). exclusion criteria:(withdraw from participation in the study ; participate in other continuing education programs at the same time).
