Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Age 18 years and older; Receiving enoxaparin with prophylactic dose Exclusion criteria: Patient participating in another study; Pregnant or lactating; Taking an anticoagulant in the last three months; Contraindication absolute and / or relative to the use of enoxaparin; Nobody wishing to participate in this study; Creatinine clearance less than 60ml/min
