Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Being diagnosed with MS; type of RRMS; having EDSS less than 3; no chronic diseases such as diabetes; etc.; body mass index: 20 to 30 kg per square meter. Exclusion criteria: having acute joint problems; In doing exercise protocol are disabled; have regular physical activity.
