Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients older than 18 years with diabetes mellitus type 2 who received oral agents (metformin/sulfonylureas/pioglitazone)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnancy and lactation creatinine clearance less than 30 ml/min severe hepatic impairment
