Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Iranian Aged 18 to 35 years Specific gestational age 34th week of pregnancy Cephalic presentation Deciding to do delivery at educational Hospitals of Rafsanjan The ability to walk Desire and written consent for participation in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of cesarean section Indication for cesarean section Elective cesarean section Athlete Absolute contraindication of exercise Relative contraindication of exercise Psychological illness Use of psychoactive substances History of infertility
