18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: .Primary rhinoplasty surgery candidate Patients without underlying coagulation or significant cardiovascular disease No current use of anticoagulant or antiplatelet medications Patients with ASA I or ASA II Age between 18 and 50 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: .People with a history of severe allergic reaction to tranexamic acid Pregnancy or breastfeeding Any active infection or inflammatory disease in the nasal area

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Amount of bleeding during rhinoplasty surgery. Timepoint: At the end of surgery and closing the nose. Method of measurement: Using the volume of blood in the suction device after subtracting the washing fluid, the difference in weight of the used gases and the dry gases, the Boezaart scale.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Systolic Blood pressure. Timepoint: At the beginning of the surgery and then every half hour until the end of the surgery. Method of measurement: Non-invasive Blood pressure monitor.;Diastolic Blood Pressure. Timepoint: At the beginning of the surgery and then every half hour until the end of the surgery. Method of measurement: Non-invasive Blood pressure monitor.;Heart rate. Timepoint: At the beginning of the surgery and then every half hour until the end of the surgery. Method of measurement: Vital signs monitor and ECG leads.
