Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: .Primary rhinoplasty surgery candidate Patients without underlying coagulation or significant cardiovascular disease No current use of anticoagulant or antiplatelet medications Patients with ASA I or ASA II Age between 18 and 50 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: .People with a history of severe allergic reaction to tranexamic acid Pregnancy or breastfeeding Any active infection or inflammatory disease in the nasal area
