Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: Before intubation, the nasal secretions are gently washed with normal saline (physiological serum 250 cc) at a temperature between 37 degrees and 40 degrees Celsius

Inclusion criteria: Patients with ASA clot 1,2 Age over 18 years BMI less than 35 No history of recurrent epistaxis Patient consent to the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients requiring fiberoptic intubation Severe bleeding during intubation
