Inclusion criteria: Patients with ASA clot 1,2 Age over 18 years BMI less than 35 No history of recurrent epistaxis Patient consent to the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients requiring fiberoptic intubation Severe bleeding during intubation
