Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Abdominal laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery diagnosis Age over 18 years and under 65 years Informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetic patients People with underlying diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, primary sclerosing cholangitis Users of other anti-nausea medications Patients with a history of drug and cigarette use, painkillers, nausea and vomiting Any illness accompanied by dizziness and nausea. Patients over 100 kg Patients with motion sickness

MeasureTime frame
Vomiting. Timepoint: After Entry to Recovery, every 15 minute until the exit of recovery and then 2,4,8,12 and 24 hours in the first 24 hour after surgery in all 3 group. Method of measurement: Ask the patient.;Pain. Timepoint: After Entry to Recovery, every 15 minute until the exit of recovery and then 2,4,8,12 and 24 hours in the first 24 hour after surgery in all 3 group. Method of measurement: VAS score system.;Systolic blood pressure. Timepoint: Before Anesthesia, after Anesthesia and after injection of Dexamethasone at 1,5,10 minutes and every 15 minute until the end of surgery in all groups. Method of measurement: Non invasive blood pressure measurement.;Diastolic blood pressure. Timepoint: Before Anesthesia, after Anesthesia and after injection of Dexamethasone at 1,5,10 minutes and every 15 minute until the end of surgery in all groups. Method of measurement: Non invasive blood pressure measurement.;Heart rate. Timepoint: Before Anesthesia, after Anesthesia and after injection of Dexamethasone at 1,5,10 minutes and every 15 minute until the end of surgery in all groups. Method of measurement: ECG Monitoring.;Patient satisfaction. Timepoint: First 24 hour after surgery. Method of measurement: Likert scale system (Using a questionnaire to rank, score, and express accurate patient opinions).;Nausea. Timepoint: After Entry to Recovery, every 15 minute until the exit of recovery and then 2,4,8,12 and 24 hours in the first 24 hour after surgery in all 3 group. Method of measurement: Ask the patient.
