Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Candidate patients for lumbar fusion surgery Age between 18 to 75 years ASA l-ll with anesthesiologist opinion
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Known hypersensitivity to local anesthetics or NSAIDs Long-term treatment with opioids Kidney or liver failure Neoplastic disorders Body mass index (BMI) greater than 30 sepsis Unstable cardiomyopathy or pneumopathy Coagulopathies severe diabetes Preoperative psychiatric or cognitive disorders
