Inclusion criteria: All the patients who undergone general anesthesia with Sufntanil before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of Asthma History of chronic cough Uppers respiratory tract infection Hearth problems History of anurism Nephropatia History of gastric retention History of gastroesophageal reflux disease
