Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients 18 years and older For the first time, they undergo cataract surgery using phacoemulsification be in ASA class 1 to 3
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with obstructive sleep apnea diabetes , mental illnesses , Autoimmune diseases Nystagmus Leukemia , epilepsy Patients treated with psychiatric drugs , Deafness Drug allergy Use of painkillers in the past week BMI index greater than 35
