Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elective surgery with requiring double lumen endotracheal tube placement. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class III and II anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with tracheostomy tube in situ. Patients below the age of 18 years. Hard placement of a double lumen endotracheal tube.
